This robot is a simple robot to catch and throw balls. Aim for a certain area and try get the balls into the hole. The trick is that it will simultaneously also throw the balls back at you. If you manage to get the ball within a certain area where it is able to catch it, the machine will feed it back to you. Using large third class lever, the Catch will be able to grab the balls mid air, then drop them into a basket, where, using a first class lever, it will be pulled up and dropped into a hatch atop of the machine. This will then be pulled by gravity into a tunnel and shot out using a powerful spring. As shown below.
It works by simply turning the machine on. At the opening of the tongs there will be a laser pointer and receiver. when this line is broken, an electrical signal will be sent to the ends of the tongs, therefore closing them and stopping the ball. It will then be dropped into the basket, where upon it will be lifted and dropped again into a hatch. Then it will be pulled down into a corridor and be shot out using a powerful spring, assuming the user will be able to catch it.
